With over 1 million square feet of warehouse space our client found it very difficult to effectively manage & control the comfort level & energy usage for the building. As part of an energy savings incentive a BAS controls system was installed to replace the warehouse unit heater electromechanical thermostats. After the installation was completed our client was very pleased with the improvements in comfort through-out the building. As well the 32 % reduction in energy was very acceptable it resulted in a 2-year ROI for the new temperature control system.

A medical facility with over 250 thousand square feet of office space. This facility had very low or poor tenant comfort levels & high utility bills due to the HVAC configuration. A zoning solution was implemented to resolve the overlapping distribution of control air for the interior & perimeter VAV electric cooling & heating system. After the system was implemented our client was very happy with the results. The comfort level through-out the building had significantly improved, as well there was over a 30 % in utility savings. The estimated ROI was less than 3 years for the new temperature control system..
